Milestones

British quintet Milestones revived the early-aughts emo-punk of Jimmy Eat World, Taking Back Sunday, and the Juliana Theory when they debuted in 2014. Part of a rich wave of 2010's young U.K. punk bands -- including tourmates Roam and Trash Boat -- the Manchester group was formed by vocalist Matt Clarke, guitarist Drew Procter, bassist Mark Threlfall, and drummer Andy Makin, later incorporating second guitarist Eden Leviston the following year. Their emotional and melodic sound attracted the attention of Fearless Records, who signed them in 2016. Their first EP, Equal Measures, was produced by Phil Gornell (Bring Me the Horizon, All Time Low, Set Your Goals) and included the single "Nothing Left."
