Elle n’est pas la première à le rappeler mais le jazz et la langue de Molière forment un couple solide, flamboyant, singulier et beau. Avec Encore, Virginie Teychené s’attaque non seulement à la chanson française mais elle pioche dans le répertoire des très grands interprètes tels que Claude Nougaro, Barbara, Léo Ferré, Bourvil ou Alain Bashung. Mais ce quatrième album comporte aussi d’autres sublimes chansons venues d’ailleurs. Des merveilles portées en leur temps par Joni Mitchell et Jobim.
