Dans le sillage de Mon Paradis, classé parmi les albums français les plus vendus en 2007, le chanteur-compositeur de pop-folk Christophe Maé a sorti le coffret CD/DVD live Comme à la Maison, enregistré en juin 2008 sur une plage du sud de la Corse. Maé et son groupe y sont accompagnés par une chorale d’inspiration gospel, l’accordéoniste Régis Gizavo et le chanteur William Baldé, rendu célèbre par son titre "Rayon de Soleil". Dix des 14 chansons de Comme à la Maison sont extraites de Mon Paradis, et s’il est décevant de ne pas y trouver davantage de surprises, la performance live n'en impose pas moins et éclaire les chansons sous un jour nouveau, notamment celui des influences africaines de Maé. Mais ceux qui chercheraient une version acoustique de mon Paradis resteront sur leur faim.
