Wear Patterns
Wear Patterns, a production trio based in Los Angeles, is composed of brothers Gene and James Bautista, and childhood friend Francesca Harding, formerly known as DJ Panamami. Harding, now a prominent nightlife DJ and KPFK 90.7FM Radio Host, has earned international recognition for her DJ career, performing in countries like South Korea, the UK, Mexico, and Colombia. The Bautista brothers, operating under the moniker Beat Ventriloquists, have an impressive body of work, creating original music for artists such as Sebastian Kill, Shirt, Nina Sky, and Rosey. Their reputation extends to remixes for artists like TokiMonsta and Gavin Turek, as well as live performances with Goapele and Jon B. After a period of lost contact, the three friends reunited, fusing their talents and drawing inspiration from the rich cultural tapestry and sounds of their Los Angeles upbringing, covering a wide spectrum of genres, from dance to hip-hop. Their recording journey together began in 2016 with debut single, "Tease,” featuring vocals from Jamaican twin sisters Nick and Navi, seeing the track make an appearance on comedy-drama series You're the Worst. Building on their debut, they released "Undone" featuring Rush Midnight in 2016 and "Survivor" featuring Black Shakespeare in 2020. In 2023, they collaborated with Amy Correa Bell, releasing a remix of her track "I'm Good" in March of the same year.
