Flo Rida aime sa Floride, au point de l'adopter comme patronyme. Adolescent, il subit l'influence licencieuse de 2 Live Crew avec qui il tourne. Douceur de vivre et rap festif constituent son horizon.
Mail on Sunday en subit les conséquences. Album inégal, écartelé entre le tube évident de « Low », et une profusion de titres à peine aptes au remplissage.
Trop gentil, Flo Rida glisse vite vers une guimauve sans consistance. Heureusement les producteurs veillent, mais J.R. Rotem ou Timbaland ne peuvent tout sauver malgré leur talent. Seul « Elevator » sort du lot.
