The Empire Brass adds a drummer to its lineup for CLASS BRASS--FIREDANCE, another collection of classical popular hits by one of the world's most renown brass ensembles.

Empire is well known for its reliable interpretations of pieces such as Ravel's 'Boléro,' which leads off this collection of primarily dances.

Without creating any surprises, the ensemble uses its flawless technique to remind us of why music holds such a broad appeal.

In addition to the 'Turkish marches,' 'Slavonic dances,' and 'Celtic jigs,' Empire pace themselves with more serene selections, such as Holst's 'Jupiter,' and playfulness like Bartok's 'Bagpipe Music.' Produced with a rich, vibrant sound, CLASS BRASS is an engaging, lighthearted album.

The Empire Brass adds a drummer to its lineup for CLASS BRASS--FIREDANCE, another collection of classical popular hits by one of the world's most renown brass ensembles.
