En colaboración con el multiinstrumentista Francesco Turrisi, y producido por el formidable Joe Henry en solo cinco días, en un estudio dublinés, There Is No Other reúne composiciones propias y versiones de los clásicos con un fondo de música tradicional árabe e influencias célticas e italianas. De este modo encontramos I’m Gonna Write Me A Letter de Ola Belle Reed, Brown Baby del activista Oscar Brown Jr o, en otro registro, Pizzica di San Vito o el aria Black Swan de Menotti.
