Indian music composer, producer and singer Vikram Montrose was born in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India on July 22, 1987 and got his start composing for Sanjay Dutt's 2014 film Hasmukh Pighal Gaya, for which he composed the entire soundtrack. Two years later, Vikram Montrose teamed up with Sophie Choudry for the "Sajan Main Nachungi" single via Venus music, an update of Raj Kapoor-Nargis's hit "Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat." He picked up another film gig that same year, composing the music for Marathi thriller Bhay, while releasing his "Zariya" single for Zee music in 2017. Vikram Montrose made his Hindi film industry debut in 2018, composing tracks "Kar Har Maidan Fateh" – a popular hit – and "Baba Bolta Hai" for Sanju, a Hindi language biographical comedy-drama film directed by Rajkumar Hirani. He continued to make leaps and bounds in film music, composing two tracks for the third instalment in the Hindi-language action thriller film franchise, Commando, titled "Tera Baap Aaya" and "Iraade Kar Buland," and scoring a commission for 2021 Indian Hindi-language biographical war film Shershaah, directed by Vishnuvardhan in his Bollywood debut and written by Sandeep Shrivastava.
