Carbellion

Midwest heavy rock specialists Carbellion emerged in 2004 with a weighty yet accessible sound rooted in hard rock, post-grunge, and metal. Dark, driving, and radio-ready, the band issued two full-length efforts and a handful of EPs before signing to Eclipse and releasing 2022's hard-hitting Weapons of Choice. Based out of Southwestern Wisconsin and comprised of Brandon Bauer (guitar), Cameron Kellenberger (vocals), Brent Nimz (drums), Jamie Damrow (lead guitar), and Steve Sheppard (bass guitar), Carbellion issued their aptly named debut EP, American Heavy Rock, independently in 2005. The full-length Villains appeared the following year and was re-released via 500 Records in 2007. The group signed an international deal with Dead Tree Music before issuing 2009's split EP with Outshine and their sophomore long-player, The Horse. Two more EPs, Headliner and In Due Time, appeared in 2013 and 2019, respectively. The band inked a deal with Eclipse Records for their third full-length effort, 2022's Weapons of Choice, which saw them deliver a potent and cohesive set that drew from 20 years of experience both on and off the stage.
