L’artista britannica PJ Harvey, pubblica dopo cinque anni di silenzio, il suo nono album in studio The Hope Six Demolition Project. Gli undici brani della tracklist hanno dichiarati contenuti antigovernativi -- come il precedente lavoro del 2011 Let England Shake - e nascono dai tanti viaggi fatti insieme al fotografo Seamus Murphy tra Kosovo, Afghanistan e Washington DC. Il titolo del disco prende spunto dal programma di riqualificazione urbana Hope VI, sviluppato negli anni ’90 proprio nella città americana, per parlare del disagio sociale contro le speculazioni delle istituzioni. Lanciano l’album i singoli “The Wheel”, “The Community of Hope” e “The Orange Monkey”.
