Nel 1987 usciva Sign O’ the Times, da molti considerato uno dei migliori album di Prince e addirittura uno dei migliori album dell’intera storia della musica. Trentatré anni dopo torna sul mercato discografico in speciale edizione rimasterizzata, disponibile su CD Standard, Deluxe e box Super Deluxe Edition. Quest’ultima comprende anche: quarantacinque inediti, la registrazione del concerto tenuto ad Utrecht, in Olanda, il 20 giugno 1987 e un book di 120 pagine contenente foto iconiche e immagini d’archivio. Il progetto esce ad opera dell’etichetta The Prince Estate in partnership con Warner Music.
