À une exception près, il s'agit d'une compilation bien choisie des plus grands succès du chanteur. L'exception, bizarrement, correspond à son plus grand tube, "Mony Mony," présenté dans sa version studio de 1983 plutôt que celle de 1987, qui s'était hissée au sommet des charts. En dehors de ça, tous les plus gros tubes de Billy Idol sont là, notamment "Cradle of Love", "Eyes Without a Face", "To Be a Lover", "Rebel Yell" et "White Wedding". On y trouve aussi une version live acoustique de "Rebel Yell" et une reprise réenregistrée du tube de 1985 des Simple Minds, "Don't You (Forget About Me)".
