Dala

Originally from the Val Fourré district of Mantes-la-Jolie, in the Yvelines region, Dala got his start in rap by writing his first lyrics while in detention at Fleury-Mérogis, in 2010. His husky voice caught the attention of fellow rapper Seth Gueko, who asked him to take part in the Coffre-fort remix, released in 2020. Booba also lent him a helping hand, first by getting him involved in his online radio station, then by signing him to his 92i label. Booba even recorded a duet with Dala in 2022, the track "Vue sur la mer ", which was included in the 2021 Ultra album by the man who became known as B2O. After a second appearance alongside Seth Gueko on "Krakoukass", in 2022 Dala unveils his debut album, MLJ Hills, which reaches number 37 in the French charts, and includes the tracks "PRT", recorded with JSX and Booba, "Millésime", as well as "Baby" and "Fin" , which also feature contributions from Booba. These two tracks reach number one in the French charts.
