Conexion Latina

The hot Latin salsa orchestra Conexion Latina is made up of many talented members. The band was founded by Rudi Fuesers and made their debut in early 1981 at the famous club Domicile. The artists on the list have changed often since Conexion Latina's debut, including members such as pianist Hector Martignon, bongo player Ricky Jameson, vocalist Wito Rodriguez, tenor sax player Roman Schwaller, bassist Roland Richardson, percussionist Freddie Santiago, conga player Guillermo Torres, vocalist Anthony Martinez, bassist Leslie Lopez, trombonist Edilberto Lievano, pianist José Avila, conga player Claus Tofft, and many others. The European band offers fans a mix of salsa, jazz, and Latin that is sure to cause hips to move and temperatures to rise. Conexion Latina has completed a successful European tour and several excellent albums. Their debut album, Calorcito, originally hit the market in 1984, followed by Un Poco Loco in 1986, both full of rhythmic energy that brought the band notable reviews by a number of music critics. The ENJA Records label released Mambo 2000 in 1993. Three years later, the album La Conexion was recorded under the same label.
