Slimelife Shawty
Atlanta rapper Slimelife Shawty brought his fluid, melodic style and unfiltered lyrics to the masses in 2018 after being featured on Lil Keed's "Blicky Blicky." Shawty's reputation grew after receiving co-signs from JGreen and Young Thug ahead of the release of his 2019 EP 100 Reasons, which featured the streaming hits "Bankroll" and "40 Bars." In 2020 he inked a deal with Alamo Records and enlisted mentor Lil Durk to produce his next project. The resulting Better Living clocked in at 14 tracks and included the Durk-assisted hit "Suit Me Up," as well as features from Future, Nardo Wick, and Jackboy.
