Mit dem im Juni 2022 veröffentlichten Album Ein gutes schlechtes Vorbild legen SDP ihre mittlerweile zehnte Studioplatte vor. Einmal mehr setzen Vincent Stein alias Beatzarre und Dag-Alexis Kopplin auf einen eingängigen Sound zwischen Pop und Rap, der mal mit Rock-Elementen flirtet ("Du hast gehofft"), mal als Ballade daherkommt ("Wie viele Lieder muss ich noch schreiben"). Natürlich zieht sich der selbstironische Humor der Band auch durch die Tracks, ob sie dumme Ideen besingen ("Scheiße baut sich nicht von alleine"), Maskulinität aufs Korn nehmen ("Echte Männer") oder sich als ungeliebte Hassfiguren inszenieren ("Du hast gehofft"). Als Gäste sind Clueso, Bozza, Finch, Kontra K, Montez, GReeeN und die 257ers zu hören. Das Album kam wie der Vorgänger Die unendlichste Geschichte (2019) auf Platz 1 der deutschen Charts.
