Los Pescadores Del Rio Conchos

This regional norteño Mexican music group is based in Houston, Texas. Their longstanding membership is composed of Martin Juarez on lead vocals and accordion; saxophonist José Juárez; David Vatela on bajo sexto; Daniel Arras on electric bass and vocals, and David Arras on drums. Their group made their recorded debut in 1995 with Mis Penas on Joey International. After incessant touring, they issued La Historia 12 Anzuelo Norteños and Amor Negro for Sony International. They followed this in 2003 with a whopping three albums: Tres Talentos, Rumbo al Sur, and Río Conchos. The group began to chart, and toured throughout Mexico and even Central and South America, as well as the continental U.S. and Puerto Rico. In 2005, they released Todo Para Ti, followed by Nada Que Imitar and Contra el Viento Marea in 2008. 2010 saw the release of Sin Perder la Fe and De lo Bueno lo Mejor as well as renewed chart success. A greatest-hits collection was issued in 2012, which predicated Algo Especial in 2013, which boasted the charting hit single "Ruta Alternativa."
