Angela Torres

The granddaughter of iconic Argentine singer Lolita Torres, Ángela Azul Concepción Caccia Currà (born on August 13, 1998), better known as Ángela Torres, is an Argentine actress and singer. Born into a family of artists, Torres started studying circus arts and drama at 8 and starred in several Argentine TV series and films such as Patito Feo, Condicionados, and Los Padecientes. In 2015, she released her debut single "Vueltas al Reloj," followed by "La Vida Rosa" the following year, which was presented at Buenos Aires' Personal Fest 2016. Two years later, Ángela Torres got her first lead role on the TV teenage drama Simona and provided vocals for "Simona Va," the show’s theme song. Between 2019 and 2020, the singer completely revamped her sound, steering away from the teenage pop of her earlier singles and getting closer to trap, contemporary R&B, and urban pop music with the singles "ALÓ" and "Guapo," whose accompanying video quickly amassed over a million views on her video-sharing platform. Her debut EP, La Niña de Fuego, came out in 2021 via Warner Argentina. Later that year, she starred in the TV series Días de Gallos alongside rapper Ecko and Tomás Wicz. Over the next few years, Ángela Torres continued exploring different sounds and genres through collaborations like "Me Perdí" (2021) with Lara91k, "Me Di Cuenta" (2022) with Sael, and "Nasty Girl" (2023) with Yami Safdie and Ingratax. In 2024, she teamed up with Rusherking on the romantic R&B ballad "Mitad."
