Something of a supergroup, Anxiety features members of Glasgow bands Pennycress and Herbert Powell in addition to Apostille and London hardcore outfit the Lowest Form. Formed in 2015, they have already achieved a reputation through their live performances, and the collective now present their debut long player. Steeped in the punk tradition, the album comes in at under 20 minutes, and is a visceral mix of propulsive percussion, angst-laden lyrics, and distorted guitar.
