Adina
US singer-songwriter Adina Howard (born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on November 14, 1973) is synonymous with platinum-selling 1995 classic “Freak Like Me”, which reached Number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and melded G-funk with R&B for an infectious concoction. The single was taken from Howard’s debut album Do You Wanna Ride?, which spawned follow-up singles "My Up and Down" and "It's All About You". A second album, Welcome to Fantasy Land was leaked on the Internet before its official release date and was eventually canceled. After taking a break from music, Howard dropped The Second Coming in 2004, featuring lead single “Nasty Grind" as well as two tracks from Welcome to Fantasy Land, "T-Shirt & Panties" and "Crank Me Up". Third album Private Show was released in 2007 and fourth album Resurrection came out in 2017. Latest single “Mind Reader” with Opolopo came out in 2020.
