« Taziri est un blues méditerranéen, tendant un pont musical entre les rives nord et sud de notre mer commune. Taziri renoue avec ces racines qui nous lient. Aux clivages qui voudraient nous diviser, Taziri est fondamentalement rebelle ». Taziri, « clair de lune » en berbère, présente des compositions originales de Titi Robin interprétées en collaboration avec le grand percussionniste Ze Luis Nascimento et l’accordéoniste Francis Varis, autour d’une passion commune, la musique et la culture berbères du sud du Maroc. Sans oublier tout ce que cette culture implique, notamment ses richesses dues à la proximité de l’Andalousie (Flamenhijaz) et du reste du continent africain. Au niveau des paroles, le duo est parti de textes français qu’ils ont ensuite adapté en darija, l’arabe marocain. © HR/Qobuz
