La Beriso
After forming in 1998 the Argentinian rock band La Beriso began a long, hard struggle to gain recognition for their distinctive brand of Latin-influenced rock music. Their string of albums was well-received by fans and critics alike but it wasn't until the release of their fourth album, titled 'Catching Dreams' in 2011 that all their efforts began to pay off. The album was promoted by a series of high-profile appearances at major festivals throughout Latin America and the band began selling out live performances at significant venues. Later that year the band signed a deal with Sony and after they played to a capacity audience at the famous Luna Park stadium the band began the next phase in their career which has seen them become one of the most successful rock bands to emerge from Argentina during the past decade.
The band have continued to capitalise on their success and have proved capable of filling significant stadium venues throughout South America. In 2016 they received very favourable reviews after opening for the Rolling Stones at a series of major concerts.
