Faber

Faber (born April 18, 1993 in Zurich) is a singer and songwriter from Switzerland. Born Julian Pollina, he has been making music since the mid-2010s. Faber is accompanied by the band Goran Koč y Vocalist Orkestar Band. Faber's music is characterized by Eastern European influences. His songs are dominated by instruments such as trombone, saxophone, organ and cello. faber released his first EP, Alles Gute, in 2015. Another EP followed in 2016 with Abstinence. It was not until 2017 that Faber's debut album Sei Ein Faber Im Wind followed. In his native Switzerland, the singer reached number 3 in the charts. In Germany, the album climbed to number 17, followed two years later by I Fucking Love My Life. The longplayer reached number 2 in the Swiss charts and also achieved a top 10 position in Germany at number 3. in 2020, Faber released another EP, Gefällt Euch Faber So Besser? In the same year, he released the album Ich Liebe Dich together with Swiss artists Dino Brandão and Sophie Hunger. All the lyrics are in Schwyzerdütsch, the dialect spoken in Switzerland. Faber also made it to number 2 in the Swiss album charts with this album.
