There weren't many kudos handed out for this album, even though producers Robert Clivilles and David Cole (C&C Music Factory) did half the tracks. They were then the premier honchos in dance music and were enlisted to restore the luster to Lisa Lisa And Cult Jam. But the voice that was once effective in a variety of emotional situations now seemed lethargic and unconvincing, while Full Force's production efforts on the album's second half were even more disconcerting.
