Mettant en avant les capacités jusqu'ici sous-exploitées d'orchestrateur de Mike Batt, l'album contient des versions de "Gold in Them Hills" de Ron Sexsmith et de "Too Long at the Fair" de Bonnie Raitt ainsi qu'une poignée de nouveaux titres écrits par Melua.
