The second part of the British Millennium doesn't offer much for anyone outside the hardcore collectors, since its two B-sides are simply not necessary. The first is the album version of "Lazy Days" -- a good song, but no different than the version on Life Thru a Lens -- and the second is an adequate live version of "Angels," which is enjoyable but not remarkable. Collectors will wish to add this to their library, but most fans will be satisfied with having "Millennium" and "Lazy Days" on the albums.
