C'est sûrement l'un des albums les plus attendus de l'année 2011 en Ecosse et bientôt en France : Aidan Moffat, l'ex-Arab Strap, et Bill Wells, l'immense bassiste (qu'on a connu à travers ses collaborations avec Isobel Campbell ou encore The Pastels), se sont réunis pour l’élaboration de l’album Everything's Getting Older. Pas moins de 8 années ont été nécessaires pour que cet album voit le jour. Il est au final une œuvre vraiment spéciale aux superbes mélodies, agrémentée d’une poésie qu’on aurait pu croire machiste ou misanthrope si elle n’était susurrée par ce grand philanthrope et connaisseur de l'amour qu'est Aidan Moffat.
