Le dernier album d’INXS dans sa formation originale. Il porte bien son titre («Elégamment gâché») puisqu’il précède de peu la mort du chanteur Michael Hutchence. Dommage, le groupe avait su retrouver la magie de ses albums INXS et Kick tout en montrant une réelle maturité musicale et un grand talent au milieu de la soupe ambiante.
