Sweeder

Sweeder was formed as a collaboration between former Squash Blossom members Jeff Carleton (vocals) and Chiyoko Yoshida (drums/vocals). With the accompaniment of Julie Liu (bass/violin/viola), the results of Sweeder provided a melodic but mature sense of orchestrated indie and dual male-female vocals between Carleton and Yoshida. By 2000, Monitor Records eventually released the trio's debut full-length entitled Swallowed By the Sun.
