Cathy Block
Cathy Block had written songs for Diana Ross, Kool & the Gang, and Al Jarreau, but she later decided to start writing children's music. The result, 1994's Timeless, has thirteen original compositions. She also uses varied styles including folk, country, and Broadway, to attract parents. Her follow up children's album, That's What Kids Do! documents a children's stage production that features performances by theLiving Green Children's Chorus, which she directs.
