Although it falls short of being a definitive collection, The Essential Lorrie Morgan contains a handful of her greatest hits -- including "Dear Me," "Back in Your Arms Again" and "I Didn't Know My Own Strength" -- plus a number of great album tracks and rarities that give a good idea of her artistic range. As a result, it's a nice sampler and not a bad introduction, but it isn't ideal for listeners just looking for a concise hits collection.
