“I want my music to bring people together." Matthew Urango aka Cola Boyy has achieved his rather ambitious aim. Swathed in disco and funky pop, his melodies are a distillation of hedonism. Released with Record Makers (Sébastien Tellier, Tristesse Contemporaine, Turzi, Midnight Juggernauts), this record makes Cola Boyy's ambitions and desires quite clear. Just take a look at his guests: the Australians of The Avalanches (Don't Forget Your Neighborhood), Andrew VanWyngarden of MGMT (Kid Born in Space), the French Myd (Rose), Nicolas Godin of Air (Song for the Mister) and Good Travel Organization (One of These Winters Will Take Me).
