Amelie Hall
Amélie Hall is a country-folk singer-songwriter born in 1984 in Tracadie-Sheila, New Brunswick, Canada. She made a name for herself as a finalist on the television show Canadian Idol in 2007 and as one of the 20 finalists on the television show Star Académie in 2009. She released her self-titled debut album in 2014. The first five singles from this album reached the top of the Canadian radio charts. In 2017, she released her second album, Cultiver L'Amour. In 2018, she was nominated at the Gala de l'ADISQ in the Country Album of the Year category and won 3 awards at the Gala Culture Country, namely Songwriter of the Year, Original Album of the Year and SOCAN Song of the Year. The Acadian singer has made her mark in the country music industry, collaborating with such artists as Renée Martel, Patrick Norman and Laurie Leblanc.
