Paru en avril 2013, The Hutch est le troisième album de la formation flamande de sludge metal Steak Number Eight. On y retrouve les influences du groupe à travers un mélange de post-metal dans la lignée d'Isis ou Pelican ainsi qu'une propension aux lignes mélodiques entre les Deftones et Mastodon, ainsi qu'une puissance sonore héritée d'un Neurosis. The Hutch est le premier album du groupe à atteindre les charts avec une entrée en 21ème position et une belle longévité.
