MAMAMOO+
MAMAMOO+ is a dynamic South Korean duo, a sub-unit of the girl group MAMAMOO, composed of Solar and Moonbyul, the main vocal and main rapper of the original ensemble. They first dazzled in 2015 on the JTBC show Sugar Man, with a captivating performance of "Like Yesterday" by J.ae, seeing the duo ultimately emerge as the final winners. Their debut single "Better," featuring rapper Big Naughty, was released on August 30, 2022, with the duo blending Latin trap beats and traditional Korean instruments on "Chico Malo" which appeared in March, 2023. Their highly acclaimed single album Act 1, Scene 1, followed soon after, selling over 100,000 copies and landing at number 3 on the Circle Chart. "Save Me," a pensive R&B track with an alluring music video, was released in July that year, making a resounding impact with fans, and the duo unleashed their debut extended play Two Rabbits on August 3, igniting a fresh chapter in their musical journey.
