Hayd

Known by his nickname, Hayd, Haydn Hubers is a Michigan-based singer, songwriter, and producer known for his lush piano-driven pop songs and glowing vocals. He rose to viral success in 2019 with popular streaming tracks like "October Snow" and "Superhero," and soon signed to the Proximity label, which released follow-up singles like "Changes" and 2021's poignant "Closure." A native of Muskegon, on Lake Michigan's eastern shore, Hayd began writing and recording music in high school. With his knack for uplifting melodies and uncluttered electronic-laced arrangements, he found some early success on the streaming platforms. In 2019, he released his first official single, the lush "Vacant Eyes," and by the year's end, had amassed millions of streams for that and subsequent tracks like "Superhero" and "October Snow." Hayd joined the roster of Proximity, an EDM-focused label that had recently come under the Interscope umbrella. This heightened exposure helped his 2020 song "Changes" reach a much wider audience. He followed it up in early 2021 with "Closure."
