Several weak songs vie for space with Kamen's muscular, if unmemorable, score. The film itself did not perform too well, proving to be the swan song for Timothy Dalton's portrayal of the suave secret agent -- too many things went wrong, from the script to the direction to the music. While Kamen is a brilliant composer, this was definitely the wrong film for him to work on.
