Marcel et son Orchestre

The line-up of this emblematic band on the festive rock-ska scene has often evolved over the past twenty years, but their spirit has remained the same: crazy, wacky and wacky. Their second album, Crâne Pas, T'es Chauve, released in 1998, and their extensive touring put Marcel et son Orchestre on the podium of the country's craziest bands. The live albums Youpii, Groovii, Heavii, Crazii, Sexii, Show!!! (2002) and Bornes To Be en Live ! (2005) reveal the full extent of his potty humor. And despite the title of the album Bon Chic Bon Genre, released in April 2009, Marcel and his Orchestra show no signs of changing. After the surprise announcement of the group's demise in November 2011, the northern troupe delivered a final testimonial with Dans la Joie Jusqu'au Cou, released in January 2012. This farewell is confirmed by the live CD and double DVD C'est Ma Dernière Surprise Party!! released in December 2013.
