Mainstreet
Mainstreet is an Austrian a cappella quintet who performs pop songs in dialect without any instrumentation. While the group's history dates back to 1980, their latter-day lineup coalesced into a quintet comprised of Bernd Kronowetter (born in Vienna), Christoph Wigelbeyer (born in Wels), Willi Dussmann (born in Klosterneuburg), Antje Kohler (born in Villingen-Schwenningen, Baden-Württemberg, Germany), and Anita Horn (born in Horn). The group is primarily known for its live performances but releases studio albums as well, among them Weihnacht G'spain (2003), Mundart (2004), Die Jubiläums Edition (2005), and Love and Play (2007).
