Victoria Song (born February 2, 1987, in Qingdao, China), is a Chinese singer, actress and model. She began her journey towards stardom at a young age when she enrolled in the prestigious Beijing Dance Academy, specialising in traditional and ethnic Chinese dance, later catching the attention of SM Entertainment where she trained for two years prior to joining the South Korean girl-group f(x) in August 2009. Although their debut single “LA chA TA” received mixed reactions, they quickly gained popularity with their subsequent releases. Throughout her time with f(x), Song also ventured into acting, appearing on the reality TV show Invincible Youth in 2010 and starring in the 2016 drama Beautiful Secret, performing the song “Star Tears” on the soundtrack which reached number 10 on the Billboard charts. In 2018, she released debut solo single "Roof On Fire (屋顶着火)," which peaked at number 2, followed by her self-titled album two years later, which sold over 250,000 copies in its first 22 hours of pre-sale, making her the fastest Chinese female artist to reach diamond certification in 2020. The album reached the number 1 spot on QQ Music after selling over 300,000 copies in the first weeks. Song continued to contribute to various soundtracks, recording popular songs "Li Luo (梨落)" from Ice Fantasy (2016), "Practicing Being Friends (练习当朋友)" from Love Under The Moon (2019), "I Want Your Love (我要你的爱)" from Love Yourself (2020), "Happy Crying (幸福的哭泣)" from Beloved Life (2022), and "Just Goodbye" (不过是，再见) from Almost Lover (2022). In February 2023, Song’s 2018 hit single "Roof On Fire (屋顶着火)," returned to the charts, peaking at number 36.
