Liao Chih-siou (November 20, 1995), better known as ChihSiou, is a Taiwanese singer-songwriter who performs in the Mandopop genre. Born in the city Taipei, he is recognized for his gender-fluid appearance and his eclectic mix of electronic music and folk pop. Elephant in the Room, his studio debut, came out in 2019 and instantly established him as one of the most promising talents in the Taiwanese music scene. Later that year, ChihSiou won the Best New Vocal Award category at the 31st Golden Melody Awards. More accolades ensued in 2020 when he was named Best New Asian Artist at the Mnet Asian Music Awards. His sophomore effort !!! saw the light in 2021 and contained the single “你這個Bling Bling,” which entered the Hong Kong Top 50 at Number 19.
