Stefanie Kloß
German singer-songwriter Stefanie Kloß is best known for being the front woman of Silbermond. The band formed in 1998 when she met brothers Johannes and Thomas Stolle and drummer Andreas Nowak. They founded the group Exakt which they later named JAST which eventually became Silbermond. They wrote and recorded original German-language songs with albums 'Verschwende Deine Zeit' (2004), 'Laut Gedacht' (2006), 'Nichts Passiert' (2009), 'Himmel Auf' (2012) and 'Leichtes Gepäck' (2015).
In 2014 Kloß was appointed a coach on 'The Voice of Germany' where she managed to get one act, Marion Campbell in 2014 and Isabel Ment in 2015, into the final. After doing the show for two years she was replaced by Yvonne Catterfeld.
Kloß branched out with solo material in 2017 with the release of 'An Angel'. Shortly after this release she announced that she and Silbermond bandmate Thomas Stolle were expecting a baby. She took time out to spend time with her family, returning in 2019 to tour with Silbermond.
