One Click Straight

Formed in 2009 in the city of Parañaque in the Philippines, One Click Straight is an alternative rock band founded by the Marquez brothers – Toffer (vocals / bass), Sam (guitar), and Tim (drums) – plus their childhood friend Joel Cartera (guitar). The group formed while the four members were still in high school. Two years after forming, they began writing their own material, releasing the Sticks, Stones, and an Apology EP in 2013. The group began playing the club scene in Manila and built up a devoted audience. One Click Straight released their debut album, The Midnight Emotion, in 2018 and continued to tour the club circuit and appeared at the Music Matters Festival in the Philippines in 2019. The album featured several chart singles including “Manila” and “Paraiso.” In 2020, One Click Straight released the S.S.H. EP, which was followed by several singles including “Wake Me Up” (2021), “Lilo” (2022), “Hahayaan” (2022), and “MRT” (2022).
