Oktober 1995 eingespielten Ouvrez Le Chien stammt aus dem Outro des Songs All The Madmen auf dem Album The Man Who Sold The World. Für dieses Konzert hat der Brite seine zu jenem Zeitpunkt langjährigen Freunde an Bord geholt: Carlos Alomar an der Rhythmusgitarre, den Leadgitarristen Reeves Gabrels, den Bassisten Gail Ann Dorsey, den Schlagzeuger Zachary Alford, Peter Schwartz und Mike Garson am Klavier bzw. Synthesizer. Eine Klangwelt, die er dann in seine jeweils aktuellen Kompositionen einbaut (The Hearts Filthy Lesson, Outside, I Have Not Been to Oxford Town, I'm Deranged), aber auch in seine früheren Hits (Andy Warhol, Breaking Glass, The Man Who Sold The World, Teenage Wildlife). © Marc Zisman/Qobuz
