Jimmy Keith
Not to be confused with one of the great under-recognized tenor saxophonists of Kansas City jazz, the somewhat younger Jimmy Keith & His Shocky Horrors have been irritating audiences since the late '80s. Listeners are often holding mammoth beakers of beer, which they sometimes throw, and the location tends to be the Ruhr district of Germany. Recordings such as Loud, Old and Snotty are available for anyone who can't visit these gigs personally. There doesn't actually appear to be anyone named Jimmy Keith in the group, at least if publicity generated by the band can be trusted.
