Great moments come few and far between on producer Matt Winn's third D*Note album. Aside from "Waiting Hopefully," whose aggressive vocal from PY (cousin of Carleen Anderson) and piles of breakbeats make it an incredible experience, the jungle-lite rhythms and too-smooth jazzy flourishes make for a less than intriguing album.
