On the 2nd of July 2021, Iggy Azalea released the track I am the Stripclub, the first single from her album The End of an Era. The tone was set: in a club atmosphere, the Australian orientated her music towards totally assumed electronic sounds, with a constant desire to achieve something special. That is what this record is all about. The demonstrative Iggy Azalea sequences martial tracks, touching on aggressiveness, even on the more light-hearted tracks like Sex on the Beach and Day 3 at Miami. Never resting, constantly maintaining tension and energy, the controversial rapper proves that provocation is in her DNA, whether at the very heart of the raw productions or in the themes of tracks such as Emo Club Anthem, with its unconcealed praise for psychotropic drugs.
