Bop English
Bop English is the solo project of White Denim frontman James Petralli. Beginning in 2011, the Austin-based musician began slowly piecing together a set of colorful pop songs that didn't quite fit the mold of his main band's hard-hitting garage style. In between White Denim releases, Petralli collaborated with a number of other musicians and producers on a sprawling set of songs that melded together bits of '70s funk, soft rock, jazz, country, and pop. His debut as Bop English, Constant Bop, was released in summer 2015.
