BROOKZILL!

An all-star cosmopolitan hip-hop quartet featuring DJ/producer Prince Paul, Digable Planets vocalist Ladybug Mecca, Brazilian MC Rodrigo Brandão, and keyboardist Don Newkirk, the aptly named BROOKZILL! distill the rhythms of Brooklyn and Brazil into a tasty cross-cultural stew. The group's first single, "Saudade Songbook," dropped in September 2016 in advance of the full-length Throwback to the Future, which was released via Tommy Boy in October of that year.
