Pop and rock aren't the only genres to experience a British invasion. All-girl quartet Shine MK is poised to invade the American-heavy CCM genre with its brash and bold sound. With a nice mixture of covers and original material, their debut album Do It Right hits some solid chords with a touch of alternative sound sure to appeal to a large number of youthful CCM fans. The opening track "Do It Right" is a hip-hoppy, bouncy tune screaming for dancehall time, as is the following track "I Feel Good." In fact, the dancehall feel doesn't really let up through the whole album, and yet the lyrics are all solidly in the uplifting column expected of good CCM. A nice introduction to a well-produced group
